As the years draw to a close and a new cycle begins, time passes by, science and medicine keep advancing. Here, we would like to express our most heartfelt gratitude and sincere wishes to all our colleagues who have fulfilled their missions and persevered in their work, to all our shareholders who have stood by us through thick and thin and provided strong support, to all the leaders at all levels who have supported the company's development, to our vast customers, partners, and friends from all walks of life who have cared about and supported the company.
Looking back on 2022
A year of survival in the most desperate situation
1) Establish two business segments: innovative drugs and technical services, and relocate the listing entity to Anji, Zhejiang Province.
2) Completed the first round of financing for Novatim and the B-round financing for Biomed Union.
3) We have established four platforms - dual-functional antibodies, bispecific ADCs, solid tumor CAR-T, and hematological tumor CAR-T - with a total of 10 pipelines. Among them, one line has entered the clinical trial stage, two lines have entered the IND stage, and two lines are in the CMC stage.
4) The technical service section has completed the establishment of testing centers in multiple regions including Shanghai, Anji in Zhejiang Province, and Weifang in Shandong Province.
Looking forward to 2023
A crucial year of striving for an IPO
1) 2 pipeline have completed Phase I of clinical trials, 2 pipelines are in the IND stage, and more than 5 pipelines are in the CMC stage.
2) Achieve sales revenue of over 200 million yuan in the technical services segment, and complete pre-clinical research for 10 IVD test kits.
3) Successfully completed the Series B financing for Novatim, initiated the IPO process for Novatim and its affiliated company Biomed Union, and completed the shareholding system reform.
